Senior Quality Manager
Job Summary
To support the scaling of a dynamic organization, the full-time Senior Quality Manager will oversee quality systems and compliance within the manufacturing network, focusing on efficiency, product launch quality, and regulatory adherence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and improve quality processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across manufacturing operations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product launch quality system, including specifications and quality checks
- Lead crisis management efforts and oversee the change control process for formulation and labeling modifications
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Quality/Food Safety within food or beverage manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and FSMA compliance
- Experience managing quality across a multi-site co-manufacturer network
- Hands-on experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
- Proven ability to lead crisis management and recall programs effectively
