Senior Quality Manager
Job Summary
To enhance business process management, the full-time Senior Quality Manager will develop and maintain systems and processes to meet internal and external requirements while leading teams and influencing policy in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and process mapping for quality improvement
- Lead functional teams and present business solutions to organizational leaders, influencing policy and operational guidelines
- Evaluate complex problems and utilize internal and external resources to drive decision-making and creative solutions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in the USA
- Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management for roles outside of the USA
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects effectively
- Expertise in business process management and quality improvement methodologies
- Proven track record of attracting and retaining talent within teams
