Senior Quality Manager
Job Summary
To lead quality management and continuous improvement for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the full-time remote Senior Quality Manager will manage the Quality Management Plan, establish quality controls, and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Plan, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards
- Conduct independent quality reviews of contract deliverables and coordinate quality checks with program leadership and technical teams
- Analyze quality metrics and performance trends, managing corrective actions and supporting risk management processes
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Current ITIL Foundation certification or higher
