Senior Quality Professional
Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the full-time remote Senior Quality Professional will lead quality initiatives, monitor service-level performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate quality activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze operational performance, conduct root cause investigations, and develop sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support audits and quality reviews while maintaining accurate documentation and escalating risks as needed
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, or a related field
- Experience with monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and performance issues
- Demonstrated skills in root cause analysis and continuous process improvement
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with experience in report preparation and presentation
- Preferred experience in healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare technology/services
