Job Summary
Working remotely and serving as a key contributor, the full-time Senior Quality Systems Engineer will provide subject matter expertise to enhance the Getinge Quality Management System, manage the GetKPI process, and support continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the business process owner for GetKPI, ensuring effective operation and continuous improvement
- Manage and enhance the GetQMS SharePoint platform, including content organization and user access
- Partner with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and improve QMS communication and access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within a regulated Quality Management System, preferably in the medical device or life sciences industry
- Working knowledge of quality metrics, KPI governance, and performance monitoring
- Experience with SharePoint from a business ownership or content management perspective
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
