Senior Qualtrics Insights Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Senior Qualtrics Insights Specialist will manage the end-to-end Qualtrics experience, focusing on survey programming, interactive dashboard development, and enterprise integrations while collaborating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain interactive, client-facing Qualtrics dashboards for market research and tracking programs
• Program Qualtrics surveys, ensuring design supports dashboard and reporting requirements while monitoring data quality post-launch
• Assess the impact of changes on connected systems and document technical processes to enhance governance and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics, particularly in dashboard development and survey programming
• Proven ability to build interactive market research dashboards for brand and customer tracking
• Strong understanding of quantitative survey data, including crosstabs and derived variables
• Experience with enterprise integrations involving APIs and user management
• Custom JavaScript experience for survey and dashboard enhancements
