Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary
To support the expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment, the full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage contract administration, cost monitoring, and client collaboration while working remotely from Sheffield, United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, reporting, and change management
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to achieve KPIs and maintain project governance
- Provide commercial leadership by improving forecast accuracy and ensuring timely agreement of final accounts
Required qualifications
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts
- Cost/commercial management experience in Energy or Infrastructure projects
- Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios
- Professional Chartership is preferable
