Seeking a full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor - Energy, the successful candidate will manage contracts, ensure accurate cost monitoring, and collaborate with clients and teams to drive project performance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts, focusing on cost monitoring, forecasting, and change management
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to achieve KPIs and ensure projects adhere to governance best practices
- Provide commercial leadership, improving forecast accuracy and facilitating timely agreement of final accounts
Required qualifications
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts
- Cost/commercial management experience in Energy or Infrastructure projects
- Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios
- Professional Chartership is preferable
