Senior RCM Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To drive large-scale RCM transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior RCM Solutions Specialist will expand Innovaccer's Flow Solution business by partnering with C-level stakeholders, leading strategic growth, and designing modernization roadmaps for healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the expansion of Innovaccer's Flow (RCM) business by identifying and closing enterprise transformation opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, optimizing financial performance through RCM capabilities
• Lead executive-level deal discussions and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers

Required qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation roles
• Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations including charge capture and claims management
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
