Senior Re-Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting previously enrolled students, the full-time Senior Re-Enrollment Advisor will manage proactive outreach, develop re-enrollment plans, and coordinate with partner institutions to facilitate successful student re-engagement, with options for remote work available within the continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of previously enrolled students, adapting support to various partner institutions' processes and maintaining proactive follow-up
• Conduct high-volume outreach and engagement through multiple communication channels, building rapport and understanding students' goals and circumstances
• Monitor student progress across re-enrollment milestones, documenting interactions and translating observations into actionable insights for program improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant higher education experience in roles such as academic advising, admissions, or student success
• Experience managing a student caseload and engaging students in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to advocate for student progress across organizational boundaries
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology tools relevant to student engagement and outreach
