Senior Real Estate Data Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Real Estate Data Analyst will support the Global Corporate Real Estate organization by managing data analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support portfolio optimization and decision-making
- Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to provide centralized insights for site-level and consolidated portfolio reporting
- Develop and implement AI use cases to improve data quality and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, finance, real estate, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or corporate real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of data governance and experience with artificial intelligence tools
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to various audiences and collaborate across functions
