Senior Real Estate Site Selector
Job Summary
To support the company's long-term growth, the full-time Senior Real Estate Site Selector will locate, research, and secure optimal locations in assigned markets while working remotely, preferably from Cincinnati or Columbus, OH.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic real estate plans with key targets for assigned markets
- Identify and assess potential sites through thorough research and present findings to the Regional Real Estate Director and Executive Committee
- Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and coordinate the municipal approval process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
- Valid Driver's license
