Key Responsibilities
- Provide service and administrative support to defined contribution plan clients
- Monitor and review submitted documents, ensuring quality before processing
- Process transactions and produce client reports, maintaining compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in record-keeping and employee benefits
- Strong leadership abilities and prior Omni 7.4 experience
- Proficient in PC skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
- Knowledge of IRS and DOL code sections applicable to Defined Contribution plans
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
