Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting high-volume hiring for frontline and provider roles, the contract Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding, in a remote setting for a duration of three months starting October 13th, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline and provider roles
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while promoting the company's mission and culture
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and manage interview coordination across time zones

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume hiring
• Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS/CRM platforms
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
