Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment effort, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and recommend candidates for various positions across manufacturing and engineering locations while fostering a world-class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates for diverse roles including accounting, engineering, and operations
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to qualify job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract applicants from various sources

Required qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field with 7+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving 50+ hires per year and maintaining strong talent metrics
• Experience in both external agency and in-house corporate recruiting preferred
• Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures
• Ability to manage multiple searches across various locations and collaborate globally
