Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a financial services organization during a three-month engagement, the onsite Senior Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support, managing 10-15 open requisitions while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire professional and operational talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from intake meeting to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting professional-level talent in regulated industries
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Must reside within the Portland metropolitan area
