Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment function, the remote Senior Recruiter will proactively source and manage senior talent searches across various functions, focusing on programs leadership and tech, while building strong candidate pipelines and enhancing GiveDirectly's presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage senior searches from launch through offer, ensuring a timely process
• Proactively source candidates through outbound strategies and maintain clean recruitment pipelines
• Partner with senior hiring managers to drive the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for tech-forward INGOs or mission-driven organizations
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing for senior roles across multiple functions
• Recent experience recruiting in sub-Saharan Africa with a strong understanding of the market
• Ability to manage end-to-end searches and partner strategically with hiring managers
• Strong data-driven approach to recruitment processes and pipeline management
