Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment
- Lead searches across multiple job families and levels, including technical and leadership positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience managing both high-volume recruitment and specialized searches
- Direct experience recruiting sales professionals
- Strong passive-candidate sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
