Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing talent team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Professional Services roles on a short-term contract basis, working remotely and driving candidate pipelines with minimal onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for assigned requisitions
- Build and activate candidate pipelines, focusing on SaaS sales and Professional Services profiles
- Conduct candidate screenings and serve as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Experience recruiting for Sales and/or Professional Services roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS; experience with Ashby is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate pipeline status clearly
- Self-directed and able to contribute immediately with minimal onboarding
