Job Summary

Managing high-volume full life cycle recruiting, the remote Senior Recruiter will be responsible for advertising, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for open positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate activity
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, providing insights based on recruitment metrics and staffing reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of recruiting or HR functional experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with internal and external partners
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
