Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning the full cycle recruiting process for salaried roles, the contract Senior Recruiter will proactively source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage candidate selection and offers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment processes, timelines, and candidate profiles
- Manage candidate selection, ensuring a positive experience and equitable processes throughout interviews and offers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 to 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and offer management
- Experience recruiting for administrative, technical, and specialized roles in manufacturing
- Proficiency in ATS, with a preference for SuccessFactors
- Strong skills in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
