Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Advisory team remotely, responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for accounting and finance professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically identify and pre-screen candidates for client opportunities across national practices
• Utilize modern sourcing methods to engage both active and passive top talent
• Manage the full candidate experience, including outreach, qualification, and interview coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience leveraging sourcing platforms to attract candidates
• Preferred experience recruiting within the accounting and finance industry
