Job Summary
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Investment Management Division, the hybrid Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with hiring standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Oversee the entire recruiting cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and employment decisions
- Implement innovative recruiting programs and build relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in investment management or financial services
- Proven ability to recruit across various functions, including investment, operations, and compliance roles
- Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics
