Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for a rapidly growing startup, the full-time Senior Recruiter will focus on technical hiring across engineering, data science, and AI/ML, while also managing searches for sales, client success, and clinical roles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer, with a focus on proactive sourcing and market mapping
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualifications and competencies, ensuring effective communication and candidate progression
• Oversee recruiting operations, including managing the ATS, improving workflows, and publishing analytics to guide recruitment strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical roles across engineering, ML/AI, and data
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing and filling technical roles
• Experience designing recruiting operations, including workflows and structured interviews
• Familiarity with modern ATS systems, preferably Ashby
