Job Summary

Leading complex recruiting initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles, build diverse talent pipelines, and advise hiring leaders on effective strategies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, ensuring equitable and efficient processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to proactively build and sustain diverse talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and coach on structured interviewing and inclusive selection practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in managing complex or high-volume requisitions
• Preferred experience in sales or mortgage recruiting, with a track record in competitive environments
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies for data-informed decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business and HR leaders to shape hiring strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Talent Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
