Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
To lead Talent Acquisition across North America and EMEA, the full-time Senior Recruiter will develop and execute global recruiting strategies, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and partner with executives and hiring managers in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate acceptance and onboarding
- Lead senior-level and executive searches across various corporate functions while maintaining candidate confidentiality
- Administer and optimize Workday ATS technology and develop standardized recruiting processes to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive recruiting or recruiting leadership
- Experience recruiting revenue-generating roles across North America and EMEA
- In-house recruiting experience within a SaaS, technology, or B2B company
- Proficiency with Workday ATS operations and recruiting metrics
- Ability to manage concurrent searches and competing priorities effectively
