Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage hiring across G&A and technical requisitions, build candidate pipelines, and contribute to process improvements while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across various portfolios
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective search strategies and enhance the candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new role types and talent markets
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with actionable insights for hiring managers
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency
