Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage hiring across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT, while also supporting product group hiring as needed, all in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across assigned portfolios
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
• Partner with hiring managers to translate their talent needs into effective search strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new role types and talent markets
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and recruiting metrics
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly in recruitment processes
