Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage hiring across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT, while also supporting product group hiring as needed in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close, adapting to both G&A and technical requisitions
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
• Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and enhance candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new role types and talent markets, supporting both business and technical requisitions
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with actionable insights for hiring managers
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
