Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
Leading Talent Acquisition efforts across North America and EMEA, the full-time Senior Recruiter will develop and execute global recruiting strategies, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and partner with hiring managers while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Lead senior-level and executive searches across various corporate functions, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity
- Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor to hiring managers and executive leaders, providing regular updates and reinforcing timely feedback expectations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive recruiting or recruiting leadership
- Experience recruiting revenue-generating roles across North America and EMEA
- In-house recruiting experience within a SaaS, technology, software, or B2B company
- Proficiency with Workday ATS operations and recruiting processes
- Ability to manage concurrent searches and competing priorities during organizational transformation
