Job Summary
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Investment Management Division, the hybrid Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while ensuring compliance with hiring standards.
Key responsibilities
- Define recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet business needs
- Oversee the entire recruiting cycle from candidate sourcing to employment decision
- Develop innovative recruiting programs and build relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in investment management or financial services
- Proven ability to recruit across various functions, including operations and compliance
- Strong understanding of investment management industry structures and talent markets
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics
