Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a global Contract Resource Organization, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to appointment, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while working remotely from the United States or Argentina.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruiting programs and manage vacancies through sourcing, screening, selection, and appointment
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and translate hiring needs into clear requisitions
- Develop sourcing strategies and build networks and pipelines of qualified candidates
Required qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification, plus at least 4 years of related experience
- Experience recruiting Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) required
- Strong ability to represent the organization as an employer and engage effectively with prospective candidates
- Experience working in a Clinical Operations environment is a distinct advantage
- Candidates must reside in the United States or Argentina
