Job Summary

Leading the recruitment for a portfolio of roles, the full-time Senior Recruiter will source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using various sourcing methods to attract candidates for nuanced, hard-to-fill roles
• Manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritizing based on impact and candidate fit
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and values alignment

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of candidate-centric recruiting experience in executive search and C-suite talent
• Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions
• High level of humility and integrity
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism, capable of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
