Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full cycle of hiring for engineering and go-to-market teams, the full-time Senior Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage the candidate experience, and build a data-driven hiring process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run intake calibration with hiring managers and manage sourcing, screening, interview loops, offers, and closing for technical and GTM roles
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing methods and utilize AI tools for efficient candidate research and prioritization
• Define and track hiring metrics to create a measurable and predictable hiring process

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including full cycle hiring for technical and GTM roles at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup
• Proven track record of filling senior roles within tight timelines and measurable hiring metrics
• Experience with process improvement and data reporting, including ATS configuration
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in recruiting and a clear understanding of their effective use
• Familiarity with running an applicant tracking system, preferably Ashby
