Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the remote Senior Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interview design, and offer negotiations while collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives to refine hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting across all departments and levels, from intake to offer
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and interview processes to meet the needs of a growing organization
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and maintain candidate momentum without sacrificing quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on process improvement
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage recruiting functions independently
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems
• Experience in recruiting for regulated industries is a plus
