Senior Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end hiring process, the full-time Senior Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage multiple open requisitions, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 15-25 open requisitions from intake to accepted offer, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, building talent pipelines, and enhancing employer branding
- Track hiring metrics and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven sourcing skills, including Boolean search and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with the Rippling ATS
- Bilingual (Spanish) ability is a must
