Key responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality hires through rigorous competency assessments and effective handoffs to hiring managers
- Streamline the recruiting process by optimizing cycle time and automating low-value tasks
- Enhance candidate experience and offer acceptance rates through respectful communication and thorough close-out processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on sales, technical, or engineering roles
- Proven experience in building structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions
- Demonstrated ability to close senior candidates in competitive markets
- Comfort with tracking and acting on recruiting metrics
- Bachelor's Degree required
