Job Summary
Leading the recruitment efforts for various roles, the full-time Senior Recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate experiences, and partner with hiring managers to ensure effective talent acquisition in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, conducting intake meetings with hiring managers
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Promote employer brand and improve recruiting workflows while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including senior-level or specialized technical roles
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and filling complex positions
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and inclusive hiring practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
