- Execute the Greenhouse recruiting process from role opening to closing, ensuring adherence to all procedures
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation and track candidate data for reporting and decision-making
- Provide proactive updates to hiring managers and manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in the SaaS/Tech industry
- Experience working in a remote-first company with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
