Senior Recruiter and HR Generalist

Job Summary

To support a growing tech start-up, the full-time Senior Recruiter and HR Generalist will manage full-cycle global recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles while also supporting key HR operations and light IT tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle global recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance for various roles
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and deliver top talent
• Develop creative strategies for engaging top-of-funnel talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven track record of meeting high-volume recruiting metrics and engaging passive candidates
• Strong data and reporting skills with experience in managing candidate pipelines
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes, along with basic IT coordination
