Job Summary
Experienced recruiters will find a full-time Senior Recruiter Contract opportunity focused on managing high-priority searches for senior roles across business and business-technology functions, working remotely for a 3-month engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Run assigned searches from intake to signed offer, including sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and assess candidates for leadership and cultural fit
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and maintain candidate activity in the ATS
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Senior Manager and Director-level searches
- Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on search strategy
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles across business and business-technology functions
- Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills
- Experience working in an ATS, preferably Workday, and using LinkedIn Recruiter
