Senior Recruiter - Contract

Job Summary

To support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, the contract Senior Recruiter will work remotely for 6 months, focusing on high-velocity, non-technical hiring while partnering with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Growth, Sales, and G&A, managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including targeted sourcing for specialized roles

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience in non-technical business functions
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining candidate quality
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills with experience in creative candidate engagement
• Experience with both high-velocity hiring and complex searches requiring targeted sourcing
• Knowledge of structured interviewing and inclusive recruiting practices
