Senior Recruiter, Executive Hiring

Job Summary

Leading high-priority searches for senior and executive roles, the full-time Senior Recruiter, Executive Hiring will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source passive candidates, and collaborate closely with senior leaders in a remote environment for a 3-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Run assigned senior and executive searches from intake to signed offer
• Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach
• Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and provide clear updates on pipeline and search status

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly with Director through VP or C-suite searches
• Experience partnering directly with senior executive leaders as a trusted advisor
• Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills
• Experience as an embedded contract recruiter using ATS (Workday preferred)
• Polished executive presence and communication skills
