Job Summary
Experienced Senior Recruiters specializing in Executive Hiring will find a full-time remote opportunity for a 3-month contract, focusing on leading high-priority searches for senior and executive roles across various business functions, while delivering a premium candidate experience and collaborating closely with senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Run assigned senior and executive searches end to end, from intake to signed offer
- Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach
- Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep hiring decisions moving forward
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly with Director through VP or C-suite searches
- Experience partnering directly with senior executive leaders as a trusted advisor
- Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills
- Experience using Workday or similar ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Polished executive presence and communication skills
