Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Recruiter, Federal Healthcare will manage requisitions, build sourcing strategies, and screen candidates for technical depth and federal eligibility in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer construction
- Build and maintain pipelines for candidates with federal healthcare and security clearance experience
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends and candidate evaluation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in technical roles
- 2+ years of experience in federal government contracting or federal health IT recruiting
- Direct experience in healthcare IT, telehealth, or healthcare SaaS recruiting
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Working knowledge of FedRAMP, ATO, and GovCloud terminology for effective candidate screening
