Senior Recruiter for Attorneys
Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Senior Recruiter for Attorneys will source, screen, negotiate, and close candidates while achieving a monthly target of 15-20 hires in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage every stage of the hiring process for attorney roles, from intake to offer negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals
- Conduct cold outreach to both passive and active attorney candidates, effectively pitching opportunities and handling objections
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in sourcing candidates independently
- Proven experience recruiting attorneys or other licensed professionals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet monthly hiring quotas
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
