Senior Recruiter for Defense Positions

Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruiting for cleared and uncleared positions, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter for Defense Positions will develop sourcing strategies, partner with program leadership, and support staffing needs across defense and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned vacancies in accordance with recruiting policies
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for technical and non-technical positions supporting Engineered Systems
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with program needs and source candidates through various channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience, or at least 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience recruiting for defense, aerospace, intelligence, and government consulting organizations
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical professionals in a high-volume government contracting environment
• Experience recruiting candidates for positions requiring various security clearances
• Proficiency with Workday and recruiting/sourcing tools
