Senior Recruiter for GTM

Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for the go-to-market organization, the full-time Senior Recruiter for GTM will manage searches for various roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance recruiting processes in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business Development roles
• Conduct kickoff and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and adjust searches accordingly
• Engage and source strong candidates while communicating effectively with stakeholders about the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in go-to-market roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches, including high-volume and complex roles
• Strong sourcing skills with a knack for writing compelling outreach messages
• Experience using recruiting data to inform search strategies and communicate with hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and improve recruiting processes
