Senior Recruiter for Pediatric Therapy

Job Summary

To support pediatric therapy recruitment efforts, the full-time Senior Recruiter for Pediatric Therapy will design and implement recruiting strategies, lead recruitment for specialized therapy professionals, and manage candidate engagement in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing recruiting strategies for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions
• Leading recruitment efforts for specialized professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists
• Building relationships with candidates and community partners to expand candidate pipelines and enhance the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Direct experience recruiting within education, therapy, or related fields
• Proven ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities
