Senior Recruiter IV
Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for salaried and professional roles, the contract Senior Recruiter IV will work remotely (excluding California) to partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and Hiring Managers, crafting sourcing strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full lifecycle recruiting from intake strategy calls through offer acceptance
- Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate selection criteria
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for salaried and professional positions
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques
- Experience managing candidate workflows within an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
